More of 300 students from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) received the talk “Get pa’ your finances”, given by the Superintendent of Banks, Alejandro Fernández W., and the director of the Office of Services and User Protection (ProUsuario), Natalia Sánchez, in order to promote financial education among young Dominicans.
In a press release, the Superintendency of Banks indicates that it is the first of 15 matches that Fernández W. and Sánchez will carry out with university students from all over the country.
The diary includes activities in SantiagoPuerto Plata, La Vega, Espaillat, Duarte, La Altagracia, San Pedro de Macorís, La Romana, Monte Plata, San Cristóbal, Peravia, Azua, San Juan and Barahona.

The superintendent, who has dedicated a large part of his professional career to financial analysis and education, shared with the attendees 24 reflections to achieve and maintain health in personal finances.
In addition to the guidelines for the proper management of finances, the participants received information on the tools that the Superintendency of Banksthrough the application ProDigital Userputs at your disposal.
This first talk was held at the Auditorium Professor Ricardo Michel de la School of Economics and Social Affairs of the UASD, with the support of the rector, Editrudis Beltrán, and the dean of the aforementioned faculty, Antonio Ciriaco Cruz, who offered the words of welcome.
