The National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) He will carry out, this Wednesday 24 in Lima, the ninth auction of goods seized to taxpayers who did not regularize their debts despite the different facilities that were given to them.
This time 35 real estate valued at more than S/ 46 million and a vehicle valued at S/ 132 740 soles will be auctioned.
Among the goods to be finished with four houses located in the districts of Santiago de Surco, San Miguel, San Martin de Porres and Miraflores that have a base price of S/ 15,827,997.51, S/ 779,571.88, S/ 294,874.79 and S/ 894,889.95 respectively.
Also an apartment located in the Cercado de Lima with a base price of S/ 264,412.36 and eight lands located in Villa El Salvador, San Juan de Lurigancho, Ate, Carabayllo, Chincha and Paracas.
Likewise, eight deposits will be auctioned (three located in Miraflores, one in San Borja, two in San Martín de Porres and two in Surquillo), twelve parking lots in Magdalena del Mar, San Isidro, Santiago de Surco and Surquillo, a store in San Vicente de Cañete, an office in the commercial emporium of Gamarra in La Victoria and an interurban bus.
To participate in the auction you must only present your ID. The auction will be made under the “closed” modality, which allows bidders to present their proposals at an amphora, being a winner who has made the largest economic offer, as long as it meets the established requirements.
