The National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) announced that this Wednesday, October 29, it will carry out the tenth auction of seized assets in Lima, aimed at taxpayers who did not regularize their tax debts despite the facilities previously provided.
In total, 53 real estate assets and one intangible asset will be auctioned, valued jointly at S/ 26,886,701.
Among the assets to be auctioned, three houses stand out, located in the districts of San Miguel and San Martín de Porres, as well as four apartments in Cercado de Lima, Ate and Magdalena.
In addition, three offices located in Surco and Cercado de Lima are put up for auction, which could be attractive to entrepreneurs or expanding companies.
The list also includes nine plots of land within a condominium in the district of Guadalupe, in the Ica region, and an agricultural plot of land located in the San Andrés sector in Pisco, ideal for agroindustrial activities or rural investment projects.
Likewise, eight parking spaces will be auctioned (six in Barranco, one in Ate and one in Surco) and four warehouses in San Miguel and Surco, in addition to a store in the Residencial San Felipe, in Jesús María, an area of high traffic and commercial activity.
One of the most striking elements of this day will be the first auction of an intangible asset: the registered trademark “Tigre”, registered under Certificate No. P00026298 before INDECOPI.
This brand is associated with the classification of fabrics and home textile products, which could arouse the interest of companies in the textile or home goods sector seeking immediate commercial positioning.
The auction will be carried out in person and under the “sealed envelope” modality, where bidders must present their economic proposals in an amphora. The winner will be the one who presents the highest offer and meets the requirements established by the entity.
