The National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) reported that it has optimized and simplified the procedure that companies interested in enrolling in the Registry of Electronic Service Providers (PSE) and in this way, to be able to offer the different services inherent to electronic issuance.
In the first place, the homologation process is eliminated as a requirement for registration in the registry, a process that allowed verifying the assembly of digital formats, considering that to date said objective is fulfilled without the need to regulate it, given the services and tools that These types of companies employ prior to the start of their services as PSE.
With the elimination of said period of attention to requests for registration in the PSE registry, it is reduced from 30 to 5 business days, considerably speeding up the entire process.
