The Registry Inclusion Program of the National Superintendency of Public Registries: “Sunarp Registry Expoferia”, carried out in the province of Cajabamba in the Cajamarca Region, from May 16 to 20, provided (990) assistance regarding orientations, procedures registration and consultations in general about the registries of real estate, movable property, legal persons and natural persons.
The organization of the Registry Expoferia under a focus of approaching the Registry to the citizens of the most remote populations of the country, in order to reaffirm the presence of the State in areas of difficult access, was in charge of specialists in Registry Law of the Zone Registral No. II – Chiclayo Headquarters with scope of action in the department of Cajamarca.
The activity included the participation of public registrars, registry assistants, cashiers, publicity, cadastre and certifiers of the Registry Zone II. In addition, other invited public and private institutions, which are directly related to registration procedures. Guidance, advertising, qualification and registration services for various acts and contracts were provided at the event.
Citizens had the opportunity to register their houses, urban or rural land, regularize their properties, as well as register their personal property (cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, motorcycle taxis). Likewise, they were able to register powers of attorney, mandates, wills, intestate successions, constitution of companies, grassroots social organizations and, in particular, formalize and register rounds and peasant communities.
In the registry day, (735) orientations were recorded: broken down into real estate (460), vehicular consultation (55), legal persons (160), natural persons (60). Likewise, in Registry Advertising, (125) attentions were carried out according to the following detail: Real Estate (96), Vehicle (14), Legal (11) and natural persons (4).
REGISTRATION OF TITLES
In addition, (79) physical titles and (19) virtual titles were issued, the latter through the Digital Intermediation System (SID- Sunarp), a platform through which legal acts can be registered with the signature of a notary, among them, the Recordable acts in the registry of intestate succession, conventional separation and divorce. Finally, it was reported that 37 certifications per notary were registered.
The national superintendent of Public Registries, Dr. Luis Longaray Chau, highlighted the reception that the new Registry Inclusion Program of Sunarp has been receiving, which was created in order to decentralize registry services, encourage registry culture, formalization and , therefore, the economic and social development of the community.
