Municipal authorities closed three establishments dedicated to the sale of rustic construction material, because they operated without the required documentation or the corresponding security measures in the Industrial Zone of the Sullan Provinceto.
During the inspections carried out by the Municipality of Sullana, it was found that the businesses did not have a valid operating license, ITSE certificates, fumigation certificates or fire extinguishers, thus violating municipal ordinances.

In response to this, the Municipal Control Sub-management proceeded to impose the corresponding sanctions, as established in Municipal Ordinance 018-2014/MPS, imposing fines equivalent to 40% and 50% of a Taxable Unit (UIT).
