Marco Jiménez Romero, Luis Alberto Ramírez Burneo, Ricardo Daniel Viera Purizaca and Luis Armando Carmen Palomino were sent to five months of preventive detention because they were found with 12 dynamite cartridges in their Sullana province.
The Third Preparatory Investigation Court ordered this measure against the four men who will be investigated in prison for the alleged crime against public safety in the form of illegal manufacturing, supply or possession of weapons or dangerous materials.
