A delegation of authorities from the canton of Macará, a border city in the neighboring country of Ecuador, announced the holding of the 58th Border Integration Fair in a ceremony that took place in the Provincial Municipality of Sullana.
The delegation, which was received by representatives of the Mayor of Sullana, Marlem Mogollón, was made up of Ivonne Celi Campoverde, Vice Mayor of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Macará; Eng. Fabián Carpio Rodríguez, Councilor of Macará; Eng. Ower Mora Gutiérrez, Director of Tourism of the GAD Macará; Fabiana Carpio Rodríguez, Queen of the Border Integration Fair.

During the conference, the activities that will take place from August 3 to August 10 were announced, which include cultural shows, concerts, motorcycle and car exhibitions, as well as the coronation of the fair queen.
It should be noted that Macará is a city located just 2 hours from Sullana, from south to north along the highway to Suyo, crossing the International Bridge.
