Sullana: Locals fined for failing to carry flags for National Holidays

Four establishments that did not comply with the flag raising for Fiestas Patrias were fined by the Municipal Control Sub-management of the Provincial Municipality of Sullana in a verification operation carried out in the town of .

Authorities identified establishments that did not comply with the municipal regulation. One of them is a store selling basic necessities that was fined 20% of a UIT (Tax Unit) equivalent to S/1030.00.

Likewise, a restaurant was fined 10% of the UIT equal to S/515. Also a cevicheria and a pharmacy, both with 20% of a UIT for non-compliance with OM 012-2017/MPS ratified by mayoral decree No. 08-2024 dated 07-03-2024.
