The operation was carried out by personnel from the Municipal Control and Serenazgo de Sullana submanagement where they intervened in a beer sales and distribution establishment on El Rosario street in the Santa Rosa urbanization that was closed for operating irregularly and generating high levels of noise. .

This despite having been previously warned. In addition, they imposed a fine of 200% of a UIT. Likewise, the establishment failed to comply with municipal regulations by selling alcoholic beverages and generating excessive noise, affecting the tranquility of the neighbors.

Likewise, a restaurant on Santa Clara Street in the same urbanization was also fined 38% of a UIT for exceeding the maximum permitted noise limits. The measurements carried out confirmed that the noise generated by this premises exceeded the permitted decibels, causing inconvenience to the residents of the area.

At the same time, another restaurant in the same jurisdiction was intervened and fined 38% of a UIT for presenting deficiencies in its documentation and for generating excessive noise.

Lawyer Jenny Gonzales from the Municipal Control Deputy Manager emphasized that these actions seek to guarantee compliance with municipal regulations and protect the well-being of citizens.

“It is essential that all commercial establishments operate responsibly and respect municipal ordinances. With these interventions, we reaffirm our commitment to providing a calmer and more orderly province,” he said.
