The SUCIVE Monitoring Commission, in its session on April 11, resolved to extend until June 30, 2023 for the disassociation as a taxpayer of the automobiles that are no longer in its domain or possession.
The declarant’s signature must be certified by a Notary, with specific reference to a vehicle registration.
The separation will operate immediately both in the registry and fiscal matters, without prejudice to the fact that the taxpayer is recorded in the historical records of the unit for the purposes of its traceability.
Vehicles that register tax debts will keep them charged to the vehicle in the SUCIVE, leaving the units registered in the DIV “Without owner assigned due to separation”, entering the code “999” in the space of the owner’s identity card.
The requirement of prior collection of traffic fines identifiable by the identity card of the owners of a vehicle is maintained.
At the end of the term, on June 30, 2023, the Municipalities will communicate in a single MANTIS (SUCIVE computer report), a list containing all the registrations pending management on that date, which may be processed later.
The MANTIS made by the Municipalities will follow their usual procedure at the level of the Notary Help Desk of the Directorate of Vehicle Affairs.
