"Substantial, solvent and transparent": Morgan Quero defended Boluarte's speech

The Minister of Education, Morgan Querohe spoke about the speech before the president of the president Dina Boluartewhich lasted more than 4 hours.

Quero considered that the message was “substantial, solvent and transparent.” He even pointed out that the congressmen who abandoned the hemicycle returned.

“The message of President Boluarte has been that I would like to qualify as a substantial, solvent and transparent. I think these congressmen were not prepared, they even retired, they returned again,” he said on Channel N.

He also questioned the parliamentarians who left the parliamentary enclosure. “I believe that this speaks very badly of that democratic mood that the president demonstrated, on the contrary.”

When asked about the presidential questions to the government of former coup president Pedro Castillo, despite having served as Minister, Quero said that Boluarte resigned from office because “I disagreed.”

“The president was very clear and very forceful since the beginning, since December 7. At the time she resigned from her minister because she disagreed,” she said.
