This Saturday night, a subject who allegedly stole a truck, ran over several people who were in a manifestation against abortion on the esplanade of the Guadalajara Cathedral.
According to information from the Guadalajara City Councilthe individual allegedly stole a truck in the vicinity of Mercado Corona and in the escape attempt, invaded Paseo Alcalde, running over people who were outside the Cathedral.
Later, the driver was arrested by elements of the municipal police.
Without specifying the number of injuries, The City Council indicated that they received “immediate” attention from police, Civil Protection and Firefighters GDL and SAMU Jalisco.
