A man identified as Jonathan Sebastián Ramírez Quispe was detained by police officers from the area of crimes against sexual freedom and kidnappings of the Criminal Investigation Department. The agents arrived at her home on Miraflores avenue, in the Tacna fence and also rescued the young woman Adaluz AC (23) whom she had detained.
