Last September, national public opinion was shaken by the embarrassing scandal of Alex Flórez, senator of the Historical Pactwho arrived at dawn in the Caribbean Hotel reception He came in advanced state of intoxication and fought with local employees and Cartagena police.
The legislator arrived at the place with a woman who was not registered as a guest. Apparently, she is a company lady who was with Flórez in the middle of a celebration in Cartagena (Bolívar).
