Subject detained in Cerrito de la Libertad in Huancayo would be a serial rapist

A subject who was arrested last Saturday, November 2 in Cerrito de La Libertad, accused of doping a 16-year-old teenager, already had a preliminary arrest warrant for the alleged crime of rape and according to the Police hypothesis National of Peru (PNP) would be a serial rapist who operated with the story of a gift of money or a job offer.

The detainee is Guillermo Pelayo Bonifacio Manrique (60), who was accused of doping a teenager with an alleged syrup against covid -19. As recalled, the 16-year-old minor arrived at the Daniel Acides Carrión hospital in Huancayo, unconscious.

“It would be a serial rapist, who, precisely by tricking them into money and jobs, made them try a medicine such as an experimental syrup, thereby producing a state of unconsciousness in the victim. “This subject already had other complaints, such as in 2019 for sexual rape of a minor, in the Divincri there is another request for preliminary imprisonment for sexual rape against two other minors aged 13 and 15,” reported the head of the Junín Police Region, PNP General Danilo Vera.

During the proceedings, the detainee only managed to respond that all the accusations against him were false. The Huancayo Women’s Emergency Center (CEM) also took on this case to investigate and support the victim.
