A magnitude 4.8 tremor was recorded at 9:58 p.m. this Saturday, August 13, in the city of Ica, region of the same name, the Geophysical Institute of Peru (IGP) reported on its social networks.
According to the institution’s report, the telluric movement occurred 17 kilometers southwest of Ica and had a depth of 60 kilometers.
