The Stock Exchanges of Colombia, Lima and Santiago Commerce joined to analyze the way in which women are accessing the labor market and how gender equality in employment opportunities can be achieved.

This initiative, in which the Stock Exchanges worldwide ring the opening bells on International Women’s Day 2022, has the purpose of promote gender equality, highlight the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and recognize the contribution of women in building a better future.
