As part of the process of continuous technological updating of the infrastructure that supports the Metropolitan Transportation System (STM), a migration of the database will be carried out. This will generate an interruption in the normal operation of the system during that day, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The STM services that will not be available while the update is being carried out will be balance top-up, card delivery, balance inquiry and enabling of new cards. Both the use of the cards on the buses and the Como Ir app will work normally.
In the case of the app, the Inquiry of balances and benefits functionality is the only one that will not be enabled, since it is served with this database.
STM card recharge will not work on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
