STF suspends 5 processes based on Odebrecht leniency agreement

Rio: STF extends deadline for submission of requirements for Tax Recovery

The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Ricardo Lewandowski determined today (14) the suspension of five processes based on evidence of Operation Lava Jato that were annulled by the Court. STF suspends 5 processes based on Odebrecht leniency agreement

The criminal actions involve former senator Edison Lobão, former president of Eletronuclear Othon Pinheiro da Silva, lawyer Rodrigo Tacla Duran, among others.

The evidence in the proceedings was based on Odebrecht’s leniency agreements, documents that had part of their validity annulled by the Court.

The elements were considered useless for the investigation after the decision that considered the former judge Sergio Moro partial and determined the annulment of several processes arising from Lava Jato.
