The First Class of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) marked for May 9 the trial of the criminal action in which federal deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) and hacker Walter Delgatti are defendants for the invasion of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) electronic system in 2023.
The trial will be held at the Board’s virtual plenary between May 9 and 16. During the case analysis, the ministers will decide whether the deputy and hacker will be convicted or acquitted.
According to Denunciation of the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), Zambelli was the intellectual author of the invasion to issue a false arrest term against Minister Alexandre de Moraes. The hacker is a confessed defendant.
During the process, Carla Zambelli denied the accusations of acting as a mastermind of the invasion and requested the hacking from Walter Delgatti.
The hacker reaffirmed the charges against the parliamentarian and confirmed that the invasion was requested by her.
