The first class of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) formed on Wednesday (10) majority to validate Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid’s award-winning denunciation, former president of former President Jair Bolsonaro who contributed investigations into an attempted coup d’état. 
Most were reached with the vote of Minister Luiz Fux, for whom the military provided useful information to the process and should maintain part of the benefits provided for in the Collaboration Agreement signed with the Federal Police (PF).
In this regard, ministers Alexandre de Mores and Flávio Dino had already voted on Tuesday (9). At this point, about the validity of the denunciation, the votes of Cármen Lúcia and Cristiano Zanin, president of the first class and responsible for conducting the work, are missing.

Divergences
The trial of Bolsonaro and seven other former auxiliars from the top of his government was resumed on Wednesday with Fux’s vote. With the exception of the validity of the ICD denunciation, the minister diverged in the other preliminary issues raised by the two eight defendants.

After voting for the conviction or acquittal of the defendants, the ministers will also need to discuss the size of the penalties, according to their level of fault, if any conviction is confirmed.

Crimes
All defendants are responsible for the crimes of armed criminal organization, attempted violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, coup, damage qualified by violence and serious threat and deterioration of listed assets.
The exception is the case of former ABIN director Alexandre Ramagem who is currently federal deputy. He benefited from the suspension of part of the accusations and responds only to three of the five crimes. The rule is provided for in the Constitution.
The suspension applies to crimes of damage qualified by violence and serious threat, against the union’s assets, with considerable damage to the victim and deterioration of overturned assets, related to the scammers of 8 January.
