STF closes interrogation of 31 defendants of the coup plot

THE Supreme Federal Court (STF) closed on Monday (28) the interrogation of 31 defendants in criminal actions on the coup plot occurred in the government of Jair Bolsonaro. The main testimonials were harvested throughout this month.

Nucleus 1, whose defendant is former President Jair Bolsonaro and seven allies, is the most advanced. The PGR has already made the request for conviction. The final allegations of former Bolsonaro orders, Mauro Cid, and the defenses are missing.
