Stepfather accused of beating his partner’s baby to death in Bogotá

A guarantee control judge ordered César Rodríguez Montero, 28, to be sent to prison, who was captured and accused of allegedly having beaten to death on January 21 his partner’s son, a baby barely one year and eight months old. and also attacking his three and a half year old little brother and all because of the annoyance he felt when hearing them cry, while they were waiting for their mother to return from work.

César Rodríguez was captured by agents of the CTI and the National Policewhile fleeing in a tractor-trailer on a road that leads to Valledupar (Cesar), and after fully establishing his identity, he was arrested and transferred to Bogotá.
