After almost three years of the assassination of Fernando Baez Sosa At the exit of the Le Brique de Villa Gesell nightclub, in the early hours of January 18, 2020, this Monday the trial against the eight young people who ended their lives began. The defendants, who caused the death of Fernando Baez Sosa, are Máximo Thomsen, Blas Cinalli, the brothers Luciano and Ciro Pertossi; his cousin Lucas Pertossi, Enzo Comelli, Ayrton Viollaz and Matías Benicelli. I am dead in life, nothing makes sense to us ”, in reference to his own person and Fernando’s father, named Silvino.

In the early morning of January 19, 2020, a day after Fernando’s murder was committed, his mother recalled that when the phone at her home rang and she answered, a mother of her son’s classmate told her that something had happened to her.
