The defendants, who caused the death of Fernando Baez Sosa, are Máximo Thomsen, Blas Cinalli, the brothers Luciano and Ciro Pertossi; his cousin Lucas Pertossi, Enzo Comelli, Ayrton Viollaz and Matías Benicelli. In the early morning of January 19, 2020, a day after Fernando’s murder was committed, his mother recalled that when the phone at her home rang and she answered, a mother of her son’s classmate told her that something had happened to her.
