This Monday morning the forum “Breaking Stereotypes: Contributions of Young People to the Labor Market” began, organized by the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (Mitradel) and the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama (Cciap).
This event is held within the framework of the International Youth Day and is aimed at businessmen in order to learn about the contributions of young people to the labor markets and the production of companies.
The head of Mitradel, Doris Zapata, explained that the issue of young people in the labor market was a great challenge since 2019 when they took office.

Today more than ever, after a pandemic After two years, the vulnerability of young people, which is reflected in the labor market, especially in women, continues to be seen in the country,” he remarked.
