The Ministry of Health (Ssa) yesterday opened the registry to receive the reinforcement of the anticovid vaccine for the population aged 18 and over. In the electronic portal mivacuna.salud.gob.mx, interested young people can register with their personal data, since to enter the platform only the Unique Population Registry Code is required.
The federal agency reported that, to date, 85 million 3 thousand 974 people aged 14 or older in Mexico have received at least one dose, that is, 86 percent of the 98 million 378 thousand 523 people in that age range.
He added that seven out of 10 people over 60 years of age have received a third injection of the anticovid solution, while 42 percent of the population between 40 and 59 years of age (11 million 124 thousand 360 people) also attended the administration of a third dose.
The application of the booster among young people between 30 and 39 years old has advanced 18 percent, with 2 million 717 thousand 488 vaccinated for the third time, out of a total of 14 million 976 thousand 567.
