Mexico pledged yesterday to work on the Alliance for Economic Prosperity in the Americas, an initiative announced last year by US President Joe Biden.
During the ninth Summit of the Americas, held in June in Los Angeles, California, Biden announced the creation of the alliance, focused on promoting the growth of the economies of the region with the priority of reducing inequality between societies, protecting the most vulnerable people and encourage the creation of well-paid jobs.
