SPM Prosecutor’s Office imposes coercion against a professor accused of raping a student

SAN PEDRO.- After one of the teachers accused of raping a 13-year-old student at a school in San Pedro de Macorís surrendered, the prosecutor’s office of this Judicial District, filed this Saturday the request for coercion against Fernando Peña Eusebio, 31 years old.

The incident, about sexual abuse, committed by two teachers, became public two days ago, quickly, the Ministry of Educationreported that the director, the counselor, the administrative coordinator and the teachers involved in the case were suspended.
