The “challenges” of hybrid or remote work were the subject of a seminar of the Chamber of Private Employment Agencies (CAPE) in which specialists participated in this topic who agreed to highlight “the resilient character and adaptation” as the main strength of Argentines .
The president of CAPE, Andrea Ávila, stressed the importance of the sector as an intermediary to meet “not only with the expectations of the employer sector but also with the social protection of the worker.”
For its part, andrea haineresponsible for Labor Relations of Kyndryl Argentina, believed that “When people work remotely, they can integrate their work and personal lives and, in turn, be more productive”and pointed out that “on the other hand, in the face-to-face format they are nourished by the interaction with their teams, achieving the benefits of integration and a sense of belonging”.
For Ariel Kievskydirector of the Master’s in Human Resources at Universidad San Andrés, “pre-pandemic remote work was a benefit, which we now know is not true, it is just a new way of working” and added that “we must learn to manage the diversity that the different formats bring.”
The speakers finally agreed on the “resilient character and adaptability of Argentine talent as the main strength”.
CAPE is an association made up of companies linked to work that represent 45% of the total market share.
It represents different sectors that manage the link between companies and talents: temporary staff companies; search and training among other items.
