The sectoral vice president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, led this Sunday the inauguration of the Lieutenant Colonel Eliécer Otaiza Special Forces Specialization Complex in Carmen de Uria in the state of La Guaira.
The Minister for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace was accompanied by several authorities and representatives of the country’s security agencies. The event included an exhibition of different maneuvers.
In addition, the graduation ceremony was held for more than 600 men and women from the 13th course of special tactical operators and the motorized commando course of the Bolivarian National Police, reported Venezolana de Televisión.
“With this graduation we are reaching 20,000 Special Forces colleagues in the different components of the popular-military-police fusion, ready to do anything to defend the homeland,” he declared.
Cabello indicated that the complex should serve not only for the Special Forces of the National Police, but also for those of the entire country and in the training of popular units for peace.
Popular-military-police fusion
“Let our colleagues from the communities come to train here. All this has to do with the instruction of the fundamental strategy that we carry out, which is the popular-military-police fusion. Fusion is a superior entity, the elements combine in such a way that their rupture is impossible and this has to do with consolidating a large block in defense of peace, of the tranquility of all Venezuelans,” he emphasized.
The sector vice president highlighted that the Special Forces continue to train and deploy throughout the country, in order to guarantee the peace of the people, stating that the best way to defend the homeland is to prepare for it. “He who does not love this country does not defend this country,” he said.
“Rondón, our people, our Bolivarian National Armed Forces, our police forces, united as a single block, will train here. Any threat, no matter where it comes from, will be faced, controlled and defeated by force and the popular-military-police fusion,” Cabello asserted.
He also reported that after the inauguration of President Nicolás Maduro, scheduled for next January 10, “the first youth camp is set up here” and confirmed that the training center has the highest levels of security and protection. being available to train the community, within the framework of joint work.
The minister stressed that there is unit for the defense of the homeland, to guarantee the security of citizens, in the face of threats that loom against the country.
