«Here in Caracas we have 299 communal units of Militia (UCM), which were distributed in 5 seats, 5 large points where we are concentrating the 22 parishes. We have 1035 Popular Integral Defense Units (UPDI), which are there, working, ”he explained.
He indicated that the Body of Directorate of Integral Defense (ODDI) is formed, with all its duly established operational committees, in compliance with the instructions of the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, aimed at preparing the Caracas people to face any contingency.
