A municipal operation ended with the closure and welding of the access to the speakeasy “La Banca”, where seven people were found consuming alcohol in totally unhealthy environments.

During the intervention, carried out in Cajamarca extension No. 176, inspectors found dirty passageways, deteriorated furniture and unlicensed operation. The attendees, according to the report, were aggressive and resisted leaving the place.
Given the evidence, the establishment was closed for 30 days and cases of beer, tables and chairs were confiscated. It was also decided to weld the door to prevent the establishment from operating informally again.

The presence of unhygienic environments and unauthorized attention put both neighbors and attendees themselves at risk, intervention sources said.
