The São Paulo Civil Defense issued a warning for the arrival of a cold front in the southern region of the state, which is expected to cause heavy and isolated rains this Saturday (10) and Sunday (11). Gusty winds and hail are also expected. 
The National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet) published a Potential Danger warning for the state, starting at 10:40 am this Saturday, valid until 11 am tomorrow. Rain of 20 to 30 millimeters per hour and up to 50 mm/day, intense winds of 40 to 60 km/h, and hail are expected.
According to Inmet, in case of gusts of wind, the advice is not to take shelter under trees and not to park vehicles near transmission towers and advertising signs.. It is also recommended to avoid using electronic devices plugged into the socket.
