This Saturday (14) São Paulo will be full of blocks spread across all neighborhoods in the city. Between Saturday and Sunday (15) alone, more than 150 street parades are expected, with four megablocks in Ibirapuera Park. For the four days, the expectation is that the capital of São Paulo will receive 16.5 million revelers.
Check out the highlights of the Carnival program in São Paulo for this Saturday (14):
Pleases Greeks and Gloria Groove (Ibirapuera Park, 1pm)
Today’s big attraction is Agrada Gregos. In this year’s edition, the group joins the artist Gloria Groove, one of the greatest drag queens in Brazil.
The singer must present the classics of her career, such as Golden Butt, Good Thing and Yo Yo. The songs became anthems for the LGBTQIA+ community. Gloria Groove is also expected to sing the new hit Our First Kiss.
The parade also features the participation of the artist Traemme and the singer Gretchen, the eternal Queen of Rebolado.
Carnalau (11am)
Ibirapuera also hosts Bloco Carnalau, with Lauana Prado. The country singer gained relevance when participating in The Voice Brasil and, since then, has released several albums that earned five Latin Grammy nominations. The artist must sing the compositions from the album Raiz BH, released in January this year, and the success Missing Dumb.
