Brazil drew a 1-1 draw with Argentina on Thursday (13) at the Brígido Iriarte stadium in Caracas (Venezuela), and remains chances to win the title of the 2025 edition of the South American U-20.
With this result the team led by coach Ramon Menezes will fight for the title of the competition next Sunday (16), when he will measure his strength with Chile. And only Argentina (which has the same 10 points of the Canarinho team in the final hexagonal) has the possibility of taking the cup of Brazilians. The brothers face Paraguay in the final round.
Anyway, the Brazilian team has already fulfilled its first mission in the South American: it guaranteed its presence at the next World Category, which will be played between September 27 and October 19 in Chile.
The game
The first half was all from Argentina, who commanded the actions, did not give much space for Brazil and opened the score in Echeverri penalty kick after 40 minutes.
