The Trade Union Table “Wages are not profit”, which is made up of 30 union organizations, demanded this Tuesday “the immediate elimination of the unfair and disproportionate salary tax called Earnings”, and announced that they will remain “in permanent session” together with other unions.
“Salary is not profit” is the title of a document released by union leaders at a press conference held in the Auditorium Hall of the Association of Senior Personnel of Energy Companies (Apsee), located in San José at 200, de The city of Buenos Aires.
“Today we constitute ourselves at a table in defense of the workers who pay the unfair tax on work and for reinstating the principle and equality before the law. We met to establish a common strategy that responds to the excess in which the so-called income tax has become,” says the document.
And he adds: “The common denominator is to face the nonsense of the discounts made to those of us who work in strategic sectors for the functioning of the economy and to express the willingness to act together to face this disproportionate discount that occurs month after month.”
In addition to the Apsee, which brings together the hierarchical Luciferians and is led by Carlos Minucci, leaders of the Banking Association (AB), railway workers from Apdfa, Foetra-Buenos Aires telephone companies, Cepetel and Upjet participated in the meeting with the press. , oil producers, the Anses Secasfpi union, underground, graphic and petrochemical companies, among dozens of entities.
“It is unheard of but real: today, as a percentage, we workers pay more income tax than our employers”criticized the union organizations and denounced: “This confiscatory subtraction from our salaries implies a disincentive to take on tasks of greater responsibility or to perform overtime; it means a punishment for those of us who accumulate seniority, work in unfavorable areas, do rotating shifts or guards.”
Finally, the union organizations announced that they remain in “permanent session” and will seek to “add unions that feel convened by this unfair decision, make contact with legislators, male and female officials, to discuss effective solutions and discuss a way of common actions”.
Speaking, the head of the Airline Pilots Association (APLA), Pablo Birosaid: “One thing is the spirit of solidarity and another that, in the name of solidarity, the colleague’s salary receipt has a reduction of more than 30 percent of his salary. We hope that now that we need times of harmony and the search for solutions, that there be a dialogue table that brings relief to the workers”.
For its part, Carlos Minuccigeneral secretary of Apsee, said: “Our salaries are being permanently attacked, either by the outgoing government or by the incoming government. Governments have become a vacuum cleaner, where all salaries are being absorbed by taxes , due to rates, inflation, that is to say different facts that are deteriorating month after month the salary issue”.
While, Robert Pianelligeneral secretary of the Union Association of Subway and Premetro Workers (AGTSyP), considered: “It seems that the Government is brave in refusing to solve a problem of an important sector of the workers, of those who produce the wealth of this country, and the same does not happen with the large concentrated groups of the economy, with the big businessmen, as they did a special dollar for soy growers”.
“Everyone here is speaking in defense of the interests of the workers, of those who produce in the country, we are in defense of the salary that is not profit. With the income tax they eliminate the incentives to progress and it would seem that what they are looking for is to eliminate the incentive to have a salary according to the economic reality of the country, according to the needs of the workers”, criticized the unionist of the Buenos Aires Subway .
