Mario Abdo Benítez, President of the Republic, signed a loan contract with the Andean Development Corporation (CAF) to carry out sanitary sewerage works and treatment plants. There are 4 cities contemplated in this stage of the project: Carapeguá, San Ignacio, Santa Rita and Santa Rosa del Aguaray.
