This theory became known through TikTok, since a user assured that this Sunday, April 23rd, there will be a blackout in the entire world of the internet and all technology, taking humanity back to the stone age.

“On April 23, 2023 there will be a solar storm with extremely high radiation, giving a 23% chance to each human being to survive,” according to the TikTok video.
