The National Social Security Institute (INSS) published this Monday (13) the table with the new values of the benefits paid by the body in 2025. Depending on the case, the benefit was corrected by the adjustment of the minimum wage, of 7.51% , or by the variation in the National Consumer Price Index (INPC) of 2024, from 4.77%.
The new values were published in concierge joint effort of the Ministries of Finance and Social Security in the Official Gazette of the Union. The ordinance also made official the ceiling of R$8,157.40 of the INSS in 2025 and the new ranges of the paycheck discount table, released on Friday (10).
The new amounts, referring to January, will only be paid from the end of this month or the beginning of February. For those who receive the minimum wage, payment of benefits runs from January 27th to February 7th. Payment of benefits above the minimum with a correction of 4.77% runs from February 3rd to 7th. The payment date varies depending on the final number of the benefit card, disregarding the check digit, which appears after the dash.
Benefits with adjustment of 7.51%:
• Continuous Payment Benefit (BPC) / Organic Social Assistance Law (Loas): from 1,412 to R$ 1,518 (one minimum wage);
• Incarceration allowance, paid to families of low-income prisoners in a closed regime: from R$1,412 to R$1,518 (one minimum wage);
• Aid to fishermen, net masters and fishing bosses: from R$1,412 to R$1,518 (one minimum wage);
• Special pension for thalidomide victims: from R$1,412 to R$1,518 (one minimum wage);
• Special pension for dependents of hemodialysis victims in Caruaru (PE): from R$1,412 to R$1,518 (one minimum wage);
• Benefits for rubber tappers and their dependents: from R$2,824 to R$3,036 (two minimum wages);
• Ceiling on INSS compensation earned in Special Federal Courts: from R$84,720 to R$91,080 (60 minimum wages).
Benefits and ranges with adjustment of 4.77%:
• Family allowance quota: from R$62.04 to R$65;
• Monthly remuneration to be entitled to family allowance and incarceration allowance: from R$1,819.26 to R$1,906.04;
• Special pension for people with leprosy who are compulsorily hospitalized: from R$2,012.32 to R$2,128.31;
• Daily allowance for medical examination or professional rehabilitation away from the insured’s residence: from R$ 130.10 to R$ 136.31;
• INSS ceiling: from R$7,786.02 to R$8,157.41;
• INSS contribution table ranges: all ranges increased to the following values:
