According to a press release, the aid is maintained in the communities of the provinces La Altagracia, El Seibo, Hato Mayor, La Romana and other parts of the country, as part of the instructions provided by President Luis Abinader, to respond in all areas affected by the phenomenon.
“The work is hard but we continue tirelessly going house by house to each of the families affected by this phenomenon, with this first-hand assistance we are delivering the necessary supplies to ensure peace of mind to these homes,” said Yadira Henríquez, director of this institution.
