Social organizations march to the Supreme Court

The demonstrators will gather at 10 o’clock in the Obelisk, from where they will march – starting at 11 o’clock – to the Palace of Courts where the country’s highest court operates.

Social organizations will march this Thursday to the Supreme Court to denounce a “judicial persecution.”

The protest will be carried out by members of the Clasista and Combative Current (CCC), the Evita Movement and the Somos Barrios de Pie Movement, rejecting “a national coordination of justice against social organizations.”

The demonstrators will gather at 10 o’clock in the Obelisk, from where they will march – starting at 11 o’clock – to the Palace of Courts where the country’s highest court operates, in Talcahuano 500, spokesmen for the convening organizations told Télam.

“We are going to denounce the actions of a national coordination of justice against social organizations, with the raids on the CCC picnic areas, and denounce what (Governor) Gerardo Morales is doing in Jujuy against Milagro Sala and the other social organizations” The deputy of the Front for All (FDT) and head of the CCC, Juan Carlos Alderete, told this agency.
