Along these lines, Vera details each of the trends that will make a difference this 2023 in the transformation process of SMEs, towards a more digital composition of their business processes:

  • Migration to cloud storage (Cloud): Situations such as the implementation of hybrid work in companies and the need to remotely access business information have turned the cloud into a trend that will remain. Its incorporation into the digital transformation processes of companies not only promotes internal improvement, but also as a basis for improving security processes and incorporating new solutions to improve the customer experience.

  • Collaborative work from anywhere (Office): Teamwork has always been relevant, but now it becomes even more important after the pandemic, where SMEs found that their adaptability to work remotely and collaboratively guaranteed them to respond to market demands.
