Three elements of the federal forces died after being attacked by armed subjects yesterday afternoon, when they were carrying out operational and surveillance tasks in the community of San Juan de Tuzal, in the municipality of Santo Domingo, in San Luis Potosí. One belonged to the Mexican Army and the other two to the National Guard, the state attorney general’s office announced at night, adding that it is already investigating the attack. He specified that the state Civil Guard and the Investigative Police, together with federal corporations, deployed an operation to find those responsible for the attack. The bodies of the troops were transferred to the Legal Medical Service for the law necropsy.
