Six years ago the Plenary Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) issued precautionary measures against the then deputy Juan Guaidó (popular will).
These measures are as follows: prohibition of exit of the country without authorization until the investigation is completed; prohibition of disposing and taxing the property of their property and blocking and immobilization of bank accounts and/or any other financial instrument in the Venezuelan territory.
The measures were announced by the then president of the TSJ, magistrate Maikel Moreno, who explained that such a resolution was reflected in Judgment number 1 of the Plenary Chamber issued on January 29 of that year 2019.
The Catalog of measures was requested by the Public Ministry from where they had decided to open an investigation to the then Deputy Guaidó, who six days before had been self-resulted in the interim president of Venezuela.
Currently the name of Juan Guaidó together with that of other Venezuelan opposition leaders sounds in the United States due to a milling milling one detected with funds delivered to that sector of Creole politicians by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), attached to the State Department.
The money, which exceeds 1.8 billion dollars according to figures provided by Minister Diosdado Cabello, was granted to that faction of the Venezuelan right that promised the administration of Donald Trump (first government), the overthrow of President Nicolás Maduro.
One of the roads to depose Maduro was the failed Operation Gedeón (May 2020) for which Guaidó hired the services of Silvercorp US Venezuelan Head of State and his delivery to the United States, according to reports. With Maduro out of Miraflores, a regenerating board headed by Raúl Isaías Baduel and Guaidó would be given way. According to unveiled documents.
But in recent days, Goudreau has declared that the Federal Bureau of Research (FBI) and the American Intelligence Central (CIA), sabotaged Operation Gideon. He subsequently said that the FBI protected Juan Guaidó and Leopoldo López to avoid an investigation for the financing of the USAID to the aforementioned violent plan. Guaidó is resident in the United States, according to videos where he is observed playing paddle tennis in a Miami club.
That Goudreau warning was ventilated in recently released video that the former Green Bina directed to the magnate Elon Musk, designated by Trump to direct the government efficiency department.
The corruption discovered in the USAID in the wake of the revelations regarding the donations made by that institution to Guaidó, López and others, is of such dimension, that Trump issued a new pronouncement this Friday on his social networks.
“Corruption is at levels rarely seen before. Cix it! ”, Said the US president in his application Truth Social alluding to Usaid, currently directed by the Secretary of State of the United States, Marcos Rubio.
