A recent analysis of Adecco Peru on the increase in demand and the benefits of hiring recruitment and selection services found that six out of 10 companies, between medium and large companies, look for an external recruitment service to ensure optimal results in their selection processes.
In addition, the Banking, IT, Telecommunications and Retail sectors are those that have presented the greatest demand in the last year.
“Increasingly, the number of companies that demand a new recruitment process is increasing, either because job promotions arose, new projects, new areas were created, among other reasons that motivate them to consult with an external specialist who can provide them with a complete, fast and more accurate service”, commented Patricia Carranza, manager of Selection and RPO of Adecco Peru.

Likewise, the director explained that any selection process involves time and, in some cases, when the process is carried out directly by the client, it can be a long road that could delay the resolution of other issues that could affect the core of the company. .
