The Superintendence of Health and Occupational Risks (SISALRIL) inaugurated in Santo Domingo Este, a Citizen Attention Center with the intention of bringing citizens closer to the services offered by this institution, which will be strategically located in the GOB Points of the square Megacentre commercial.
In these centers, characterized by efficiency and agility when offering their services, the residents of the Eastern Zone will be able to obtain information on the Occupational Risk Insurance (SRL) and the Family Health Insurance (SFS), as well as information on the Status of Subsidies for Maternity, Breastfeeding and Common Illness.
Likewise, they will be able to manage and respond to requests, complaints and claims regarding affiliation investigations and irregular transfers, resignations from the Special Pensioners Plan, updates of data in the register, among other procedures. At this point, Health Promoters, both physical and moral, may also receive information on the accreditation and renewal of their licenses.
“With this new space we continue to provide assistance to our users closer and closer, adding value and quality to the public services offered by government entities. On this occasion, users will be able, from a single place, to manage their incumbent procedures with SISALRIL, at the same time as processing those offered by other institutions that are part of the Dominican Social Security System, such as the General Directorate of Information and Defense. of Social Security Affiliates (DIDA), the Social Security Treasury (TSS) and the Ministry of Labor, saving them time and money in travel and cooperating with the decentralization of public services”, said Dr. Jesús Feris Iglesias, SISALRIL superintendent.
The opening ceremony was attended by José Delio Ares, representing Pedro Quezada, general director of the OGTIC, as well as directors of both institutions.
Ares took advantage of the integration of SISALRIL in the GOB Megacentro Point to recall the work that the OGTIC is carrying out to start up new Face-to-face Service Centers, and stressed the importance of SIRALRIL also having a presence in them, in order to guarantee that the State reaches the citizens, regardless of the geographical point where they are.
The GOB SISALRIL Point in Megacentro will be available during extended hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
It is estimated that the GOB Megacentro Point receives an average of 5,500 users a week
