After a penalty agreement, the singer Mr. Fox will pay a 150-day fine, at a rate of two balboas (B/.2.00) per day, which makes a total of three hundred balboas (B/.300.00), payable to the National Treasury within the term one year, for the crime of simple drug possession.
The agreement was validated by the guarantee judge of the Colón Accusatory Penal System, Ilse Chu de Moreno, which was agreed between the representative of the Public Ministry and the defendant’s defense, under article 320 of the Penal Code.
In addition, as an accessory penalty, the court ordered the sentenced person to pay a fine of 150 balboas, payable to the National Treasury within one year.
The singer Mr. Fox was arrested on Sunday, April 9, in the township of Cristóbal, province of Colón, with drugs in his possession and this afternoon he was taken before the guarantee judge.
