Cuban singer Ivette Cepeda will perform three concerts at the Chaplin cinema in Havana, as part of the 63rd anniversary of the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry, the Cubacine portal revealed today.
For the occasion, the interpreter selected themes related to cinema and the Cuban musical tradition, among which stand out If you could love me, If I get to kiss you, Love me as I am, The era and Elpidio Valdés against dollar and cannon.
The shows are scheduled for March 25, 26 and 27 on the Chaplin stage in the capital, at 7:00 p.m., and tickets can be purchased at the center’s box office starting on Tuesday, March 22.
According to the digital site, the concerts by Cepeda, a defender of Cuban songwriting who will revalidate with these presentations the close relationship between music and the seventh art and proof of our cultural wealth.
