It appears in the Rendering of Accounts, if approved, the existence of the dog patent would be without effect from next year.
On the other hand, a rate of 0.35 Indexed Unit would be created, per kilo of food for cats and dogs, whether they are produced in Uruguay or imported. That money would be used for Animal Welfare policies.
